Lucien is an updated version of the classic Ty trainer from Plae. The main difference is that the tabs are fixed in place and not replaceable like the Ty. Designed for kids who like to fiddle and lose their tabs and anyone looking for a more streamlined and simple look. It’s perfect for sports activities and every day play alike.
Like the Ty they have a flat, thin and flexible sole which uses dynamic traction treads to ensure a good grip. The shoe is designed to athletic standards with durable toe guards, and wicking, washable anti-microbial inserts. Whilst the sole is zero drop the removable insole has a small heel rise so we recommend removing this to increase the barefoot experience.
